The international company is a  manufacturer of wire communication, wireless communication, broadcasting and engineering applied apparatus.

Further it is a high specialised distributor / trading company specializing in sourcing products and services from Korea to Global Markets for manufacturers, distributors and wholesalers in the world market. Headquartered in Seoul it has branch offices in Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong and Shenzhen. The company is currently an SME focused strongly on expanding to become a large enterprise within the medium term.

Sales Coordinator / Corporate PA


I YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES I

 


 

As the Sales Coordinator / Corporate PA you will be one of the key people at the company and work very closely with the CEO. You will be required to manage some basic company tasks and administration, you will also learn to support with negotiations, manage clients and partner relationships, along with project management tasks and other related tasks. You will primarily be responsible for building long-lasting relationship with clients and suppliers and exploring profitable new business opportunities.


| Responsibilities as Sales Coordinator / Corporate PA |


  • With the guidance and support of the CEO, drive territory activity that creates new business wins and pipeline adds aimed at meeting or exceeding established territory and company sales goals.

  • Focus on emerging accounts and foster relationships to develop new business opportunities.

  • Coordinate with the suppliers and internal resources to meet customers’ needs

  • Participate in negotiations with suppliers, customers and other 3rd parties

  • Process export/import, logistics, product and other related documentation

  • Project management

  • Regular Business travels as required

  • Attend designated trade shows as required

  • Support in the hiring process of new staff

  • Support in the structuring of the company’s operations

  • Manage basic administrative tasks

  • Support with basic secretarial tasks

  • Support with basic bookkeeping tasks

  • Run errands for the CEO

  • Source executive social business events for the CEO


| Requirements |

  • Korean Nationality

  • Bachelor’s degree Required or higher, A technical engineering degree is a plus.

  • Minimum 2 year of work experience in sales and marketing is preferred.

  • Ability to self-motivate,  and work independently managing time and resources.

  • Strong task and schedule management skills

  • Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external organizations, groups, team members and individuals.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong solutions orientated analytical problem solving, leadership and multi-tasking skills.

  • Problem solving skills and hands-on approach.

  • Excellent skills in both English and Korean, other languages is a bonus

  • Driving license and a safe driver

  • MS Office Suite

  • High aptitude for engineering

  • High EQ (Emotional Intelligence Quota)

  • Able to think for yourself and out-of-the-box

  • High aptitude for learning software applications

  • Fast and eager learner

  • Open minded and able to try new things

  • Able to follow and understand instructions with little need for explanation


| Terms, Salary and Benefits |

6 months paid internship with 3 month review (2k Min Salary)

Full time offer will be made at 6 months subject to job performance (3K Min Salary)

Compensation: Negotiable
